Brand Story August 06, 2025 ParkerLandon Eagle We are an ordinary family from Massachusetts, and the chaos of everyday life became the inspiration for our entrepreneurial journey. We're a couple from the suburbs of Massachusetts. After graduating from university, like many young people, we chased our dreams all the way to Silicon Valley, California. I’m a Senior Digital Electrical Engineer at Philips, and my wife works in fiance. We’re both in fast-paced industries, rushing from one meeting to another every day, often working overtime at night. Our lives are packed with schedules, Excel sheets, and product requirement documents. We have three kids, along with elderly parents living with us. Truthfully, it’s often hard to find a peaceful moment to sit with our kids and help with homework, or simply chat with my dad over a video call. Every day, we rush home, eat quickly, and put our child to bed under a warm, soft light—that’s the moment we realized that the lighting in a home isn’t just about functionality. It should express warmth and emotion. It’s an inseparable part of the home atmosphere. One day, my friend David, who’s a designer and also a passionate photographer and filmmaker, came to visit us. We talked about the stress of work and life, and especially the lack of emotional comfort in the home. I half-jokingly said, “If we can’t afford a massage chair, maybe we can make a lamp that comforts us emotionally.” David laughed and said, “Why not give it a try? I’ll help you design it.” And so, our light-chasing journey began. Night after night and weekend after weekend, we worked alongside our designer David to craft our first lamp—not just for illumination, but to be an emotional companion that soothes weary souls in busy lives. Our first creation was a UFO-shaped galaxy projector, designed to transform ordinary spaces into immersive cosmic scenes. It casts dynamic starry visuals inspired by real astronomical imagery, creating a calming atmosphere perfect for relaxation, sleep, or quiet family moments. More than just a light, it brings wonder and warmth into the home—soothing children, freeing parents’ hands, and becoming a peaceful presence in everyday life.
