The projector is designed for indoor decorative use. Do not look directly into the light source or point it toward people or animals. Children should use the projector under adult supervision.
The projector includes a timer or automatic shutoff function for bedtime use. For safety and product longevity, we recommend using the timer instead of leaving it running unattended for extended periods.
The projector is designed primarily for dark or dimly lit rooms. The effects may appear less vivid in daylight or when bright room lights are on.
The package includes projector, remote control, USB cable, and user guide. A wall adapter is not included. Please check the “What’s in the Box” section on the product page for details.
A faint sound from the internal motor may be noticeable when the movement function is active. If you hear unusually loud grinding, clicking, or buzzing, stop using the projector and contact our support team.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within one business day. Tracking details are sent after your order leaves our facility.
Yes. Orders over $39.99 qualify for complimentary tracked shipping where available.
We ship worldwide. Simply enter your address at checkout to view the available shipping options and estimated delivery time for your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
First, check the latest tracking update and confirm that your shipping address is correct. If there has been no tracking update for 3 days, contact our support team with your order number.
Please check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. If the package is still missing after 3 days, contact us so we can help investigate.

Yes. Checkout is encrypted and payment details are processed by secure payment providers.
Your payment is charged when your order is successfully placed. You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly afterward.

Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot normally be combined with other promotions.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Review the return policy for eligibility, condition requirements, and instructions.
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects for two years. Contact service@flylilylighting.com with your order details if you believe your product has a covered issue.

Do not send the product back until your return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos or a video showing the issue. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or troubleshooting solution.
Yes. The Galaxy Projector includes a two years limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear are not covered.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will reimburse reasonable return costs. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us with your order number and a photo of everything received. Once verified, we will arrange shipment of the missing accessory or provide another suitable solution.
