We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Our support team will provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions after your request is approved.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to a product defect, damage, or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
